Shipping policy
LOCAL PICKUPÂ
- Orders can be picked up on weekdays from 9am - 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 24 hours).
FLAT RATE SHIPPINGÂ
- Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using a courier service. Delivery time is usually 3-5 days.Â
- Flat rate shipping fee of R90 applies to orders below R800, and free shipping applies to orders over R800. These rates apply to South Africa
- International Shipping is a flat rate of R800 (under 1kg), and R1,000 for orders over 1kg.Â
- Orders can be tracked via the waybill information included in the fulfilment email when an order is processed.
