Please note that this refund policy applies to our online store only and not to retailers we supply who have their own refund policies and procedures.

Refund Policy:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can return any items that you are not satisfied with for a full refund of money paid for the items within 60 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers must send an email to info@zerobs.co.za and give a reason as to why they are dissatisfied with the product.  

Customers must mail or deliver the product back to us at the customer's cost. Once the product is received a full refund will be returned back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s)  You should receive an email confirming the completion of the return processing.
